 |
 Arrival and departure
- In holiday season, weekly rental from Saturday 16h00 to the following Saturday 10h00.
- The rest of the year, short breaks are possible upon request and availability (two nights minimum).
Rental contract
- All the terms and conditions are included in the booking contract.
- 25% of the full fee is required when booking. The remainder of the fee will need to be settled at the latest a month before the start of the holiday.
- A deposit is requested on arrival.
- Chèques vacances are accepted.
Pets
- One small pet is welcome per villa. The animal must be on a lead at all times within the complex and its vaccinations must be up-to-date with the relevant paperwork available.
- The pet’s owners are responsible for its cleanliness.
